I built up the lower pad with a mouse pad, the same size as the patch. Then I made a shield to go around the patch with old jean material, double thickness to protect the beanie from getting melted. I also cut down the pressure ant time just a bit. After you lift the hat press you can press the graphics with you hand. Great seller. I am selling for $15.

This is a great beanie hat. However; if you're planning on applying HTV to the patch area be very careful as to NOT heat the whole hat, as the acrylic material will stretch a lot and won't go back to it's original shape.

I heat pressed vinyl on these beanies & they turned out perfect! Just make sure you have the appropriate vinyl for the synthetic material!

I was very discouraged because i had bought hats to learn how to use my hat press. When i brought a different brand it did not press well, but i decided to buy this brand of hat because i liked the color options and try to make hats again, this time with the Yupoong trucker hat it worked phenomenal. This is my most requested hat. Durable, good quality for the price. It also takes htv very well. I always recommend this brand and hat in particular. Nice fit, versatile, and a variety of colors.

I recommend these - if you’re putting anything on the front, with heat - don’t use a heat press. I followed others’ advicd And used a small hand iron. These are great hats

A very sturdy structured hat. Can be tricky to put HTV on if you don't have a custom platen for a hat press. Love the color a very basic gray with no tint of other colors.

I ordered these hats for a VERY IMPORTANT CLIENT! They were delivered the next day as expected and the quality is awesome! My client was very please with the overall look of the hat with their logo in machine embroidery. I WILL BE BACK TO BUY MORE!

These hats where perfect. They have a high quality feel. The inside of the hat is very comfortable and doesn't poke your head. The fabric used captures sweat well. The hats hold the embroidery well. I am a graphic designer who also provides print and embroidery services and I will definitely order more for my clients.

I ordered a previous hat from the Adams brand, and there must've been some kind of coating on it. Could NOT get the HTV to stick. So I ordered this hat for a take two, and it's far superior. Definitely recommend this hat for heat transfer vinyl applications!
