I used HTV on this and it turned out nice. The arms are very tiny on this, I suggest going up one size. It is a thin soft cotton material. The gray is kind of see through, but the other colors are fine.

I purchased multiple sizes and colors for my business uniforms. Sizes are a little large. The light gray shirts have a different feel than the black shirts. Gray feels thinner and lighter weight than the black. These needs a topsheet for Embroidery, so make sure your decorator knows this if you are having this done.

Bought for my husband who lives in zip-front hoodies. He was very happy with the fit, feel and design I applied.. Just beware: I could have made a second hoodie out of all the lint it produced! Less after second washing, but still more than I've ever seen. Super soft and nice light/medium weight, tho!
